The board has introduced FMM from class IX onwards in collaboration with the National Stock Exchange (NSE) from the academic session 2015-16 onwards. Students can study the FMM course at the 10+2 level. Students can also pursue further studies, as more than 16 universities are already offering BBA and MBA in Financial Markets, having collaborated with NSE. The present book, “Introduction to Financial Markets” for level 2 (Class X), broadly covers investment basics, securities, the primary market, the secondary market, derivatives, depositories, mutual funds, concepts and modes of analysis, ratio analysis, etc.
